BOOKING POLICY

IT IS REQUIRED TO READ THE FOLLOWING POLICIES PRIOR TO BOOKING

Seating is limited for clients only.

NO KIDS! NO ENTOURAGE! NO EXCEPTIONS!

BUSINESS HOURS:

6am - 6pm CST (Monday - Saturday)

  • All appointments that are booked or requested outside of business hours are subject to our $30 after hours fee.

  • Any appointment scheduled for 6pm or later is considered an after hours appointment and is subject to our $20 after hours fee. The latest appointment that we accept during business hours is 5:30pm.​

PAYMENTS:

  • A $25 non-refundable deposit is required when booking a full set or lash fill.

  • Deposits are included in your total service amount. No deposit is required when booking a lash removal.

  • A $1.50 transaction fee is included in all deposits paid using a credit/debit card.

  • NO REFUNDS AFTER SERVICES HAVE BEEN RENDERED.

  • We accept cash or credit/debit cards for remaining balance transactions, however, if you choose to pay with a credit or debit card, a $5.00 transaction fee will be applied to your balance.

  • We do not accept Cash App or Venmo.​​

MISSED APPT/CANCELLATION:

  • If you are unable to make it to your appointment and notify us at least 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule without penalty. Your deposit will still be applied to your service as long as it is rescheduled within 14 days of your initial appointment.

  • If your appointment is rescheduled or canceled less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, your deposit will be forfeited.

COMMON BOOKING MISTAKES:

  • If you currently have on eyelash extensions that were not done by us, it is required that you book our Miracle Lash Fill. After that appointment, then you would be able to book your appointments according to the week.

  • Keep in mind that at least 30% of your extensions must be remaining. If we can count how many extensions you have remaining, you will be charged for a full set.

LASH FILLS:

  • MINI LASH FILLS are to be scheduled for 1-10 days after last appointment.

  • TWO WEEK LASH FILLS are to be scheduled for 11-17 days after last appointment.

  • THREE WEEK LASH FILLS are to be scheduled for 17-24 days after last appointment.

  • After three weeks, it is required to schedule a new full set.

APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Please arrive on time! We cannot guarantee appointment end-times, but it is best to be on-time.

  • Be sure to bring a mask and your drivers license or government-issued ID to your appointment.

  • We offer a 15 minute grace period before your appointment is considered late. After 15 minutes, we charge a $20 late fee. After 20 minutes, you will be given the option to reschedule, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. The accumulated late fee will still apply to your rescheduled appointment.

  • Come to your appointment with a clean face and no eye makeup (including mascara). If we have to clean your lashes, a $13.00 lash bath service will be added to your service.

  • Contact lenses must be removed prior to appointment. If you do not have your contact case and solution, we have both available for purchase.

  • Please make us aware of any known allergies.
